You are a 20 minute walk to Big Laguna Lake. 30 minutes to Julian and 45 minutes to San Diego. Right out the front door you can mountain bike, hike and horse back ride for days and then snow play in the winter. These are on 20 year forest service leases. You own the cabin but not the land. You can't live in them full time as you have to have another primary residence. There is a yearly Forest Service lease of roughly $2500.00 and one time transfer fee of roughly $1500.00. They cannot be rented out. No Airbb etc….
