1. The Landlord shall not be required to provide or maintain any internet or media-related services. 3. Renter's Insurance Requirement The Tenant is required to obtain and maintain a renter's insurance policy for the duration of the lease term. The policy must include: Liability coverage of at least $100,000, Coverage for personal property and contents within the Premises. Proof of renter's insurance must be provided to the Landlord prior to move-in and upon request during the lease period. The Landlord shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury to the Tenant's personal property. 4. No smoking. 5. No sub-leasing.
