The main panel outside has Several circuit breakers that need labels. At least six outlets need to be replaced with a "three-prong" GFCI where water is present. The water heater valve is PVC material (not allowed for hot water) needs to be replaced. This is a safety issue and a licensed plumber should repair or replace as needed. Extender pipe is not installed with proper pipe. There is no carbon monoxide detector found in home. The Stucco coating at the exterior walls in damaged or loose areas need repair with more tar. Further deterioration can occur if not corrected because of the extent of damage, it is possible for some framing to be deteriorated as well. All fascia boards eaves and corner boards at eave on the exterior in areas are deteriorated. A gap between the fascia and roof sheathing exists which allows insects or bees to enter attic. A licensed contractor is recommended for all repairs.
